Air Alabama passenger flights are the best way to personally experience one
of the most graceful forms of flight. Our flights take off just after sunrise
or two hours before sunset. Our pilot and up to three passengers fly for
about an hour over the beautiful Alabama countryside. It is not uncommon to
see deer and other wildlife from just above the treetops as you float by. The
whole experience lasts 3-4 hours with the flight being the most thrilling
part. Bring your camera and invite your family and friends to share in the
experience by joining in the chase. Your
experience starts at the launch site with some light refreshments and a
briefing by your pilot. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Your
pilot and crew love the sport of ballooning and enjoy sharing it with others.
When it’s time to fly, the pilot starts inflating the balloon. This is also
quite an exciting experience. Suddenly the colorful fabric takes form and the
balloon rises into the air. The passengers are loaded and a new adventure
